
I am a teacher and researcher at University of Deusto in the faculty of Phycology and Education where I have taught Artistic Education and its Didactics, since I started teaching at the University in 2011. Since 2015 I also teach three more subjects belonging to the mention of Physical Education related to physical activity and health, motor skills and physical expression.
I studied a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance in the University of Kent (2007) and two masters in (1) Performing Arts and Management (2009) and (2) Psicodidactis: Educational Psychology (2012), at the University of the Basque Country UPV-EHU. In september 2017 I received my Ph.D. in Education by the same University. The dissertation is about Education Degree Students’ Artistic Self-concept and Attitude Towards Art. I have published three articles since 2015 and two book chapters, related to teacher innovation experiences and teacher research projects in which I have participated. I am mainly interested on Self-concept, Evaluation, Higher Education, Teacher Training, Arts and Art Education and Physical Education.
